Ira Sabbagh, DO

Ira Sabbagh, DO

Dr. Sabbagh earned a Master’s degree from the University of Michigan in 1984 and a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University in 1988.

Dr. David Sabbagh earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Michigan and attended medical school at Virginia Tech. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing in 2019.

Dr. Sabbagh was raised in St. Clair and is a third generation physician. He enjoys seeing patients of all ages and takes a special interest in diabetes and autoimmune disorders. In addition to his clinic hours, Dr. Sabbagh rounds at both McLaren Port Huron and Lake Huron Medical Center.

In his spare time, Dr. Sabbagh enjoys trying new restaurants and spending time outdoors.

Stephanie is a Michigan native and completed her undergraduate at University of Detroit Mercy where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology.

Stephanie is a Michigan native and completed her undergraduate at University of Detroit Mercy where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She continued on at Detroit Mercy to complete her PA-C, and is excited to be working with the Blue Water community. Her special interests include women’s health and rheumatology. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

She continued her education at Stony Brook University in New York to complete her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Her special interests include preventative medicine and pediatrics. In her spare time, Jacklyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and trying new restaurants.

Kate Blackwelll is a Detroit native and attended college at Grand Valley State University. She stayed on at Grand Valley to complete her PA-C. She takes special interests in women’s health and dermatology. When she is not treating patients she is home enjoying her two children and husband who are active in sport activities.

Sharon Mitchell, DO

Dr. Mitchell received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maine and her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University.

Dr. Mitchell received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maine and her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University. She completed her internship at Oakland Saint John Hospital in 1989 and began private practice. Dr. Mitchell is dual Board Certified in family practice and integrative medicine.

In 2022, Dr. Mitchell opened Integrative 1, a holistic Functional Medicine practice to help patients get to the root cause of their disease.  She uses all validated therapies, both natural and pharmaceutical, to optimize health.

Dr. Mitchell lives with her husband in St. Clair and loves family, patients, learning, nature and animals.

Michel Sabbagh, D.O., M.S.

Dr. Michel Sabbagh earned his Bachelor's degree from Universty of Michigan, Master's degree in biomedical sciences from Midwestern University and Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine residency at McLaren Macomb in 2026. Dr. Sabbagh was raised in St. Clair and is eager to return to his hometown to provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care to his community. He enjoys seeing patients of all ages and takes special interest in the prevention, evaluation and management of cardiac and vascular disease, migraines and mental health conditions. He performs numerous in office proedures such as joint and trigger point injections, lesion excisions and biopsies, Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and others. Outside of medicine, his interests include traveling with his wife and daughters, cooking, sci-fi and fantasy movies and TV shows, history, financial derivaties and fishing.

Jessica Young, PA-C

Jessica was born and raised in metro-Detroit. She went on to attend Saginaw Valley State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Chemistry minor.

She went on to attend Saginaw Valley State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Chemistry minor. After completing her undergraduate degree, Jessica continued at Marietta College in Ohio to obtain her PA-C. Her interests in medicine include preventative care and pediatrics.

In her free time Jessica enjoys cooking, reading, paddle boarding and spending time with her family.

Allison graduated from St. Clair County Community College nursing program and completed her masters at Oakland University. Allison continued her education and received her Masters Degree at Oakland University as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Allison is a native of St. Clair County and enjoys hiking and biking as well as spending time with her family and friends.
